Le attività transnazionali, di comune interesse tra le Regioni Europee promotrici, sono state sono state finalizzate a migliorare le capacità di gestione e innovazione dei diversi sistemi di formazione delle Regioni partner, attraverso la comparazione delle metodologie delle prassi adottate, l'identificazione di percorsi comuni di miglioramento e la creazione di nuovi strumenti di lavoro. I.S.P.A. è impegnata in diversi progetti internazionali come Daphne, Leonardo, Life nonchè in altre tipologie di interventi formativi in collaborazione con partners extra Europei.

Summary:
The proposed project aims at the provision of information and knowledge regarding the creation of enterprises using advanced training models, predominant technologies and educational models in the area of international business and law.
We propose the adoption of a blended learning model with a mixture of tools, techniques and learning initiatives for achieving the knowledge of and the cooperation between other countries.
The learning program will include traditional classes in each country about labour laws and policies and business planning, e-learning lessons about labour laws and policies of other countries and international business planning.

Summary:
The project IN.ENTE aims at supporting the transformation and economic development of SMEs, fostering cooperation between Italian and russian companies. This objective can be attained by means of:
Technical Assistance, focused on industrial reorganization and consequent relaunching of russian SMEs through a rapid acquisition of technical and economic standards from the point of view of international integration.
Theoretical and practical training of 50 participants coming from Russian SMEs (25 managers and 25 technicians) in Italian and Bulgarian companies, suitable for the transfer of technical and economic know-how.
Drawing up of a feasibility study to carry out a Service Centre to support Russian SMEs and Italian enterprises determined to cooperate with local SMEs.

Summary:
Project purpose is to strenghten Equal Opportunities by promoting of Teleworking among human resources managers, business owners and students. These target groups will be involved in seminars in Italy which aim is encourage experimentation of Teleworking.
The project has been developed not only in order to promote this new form of flexible work, but also to examine how it help to increase qualitative and quantitative levels of women’s participation on labour market. How it facilitates the combination of work and family/household responsibilities for women and men.
Diffusion of Teleworking and its effects on social, family, professional aspects and its consequences on organizations will be the contents of researches to be carried out by transnational partners. Target groups will know researches’ result by the publication and the diffusion of a booket that will popularize Teleworking. In the booklet will be enclosed all the results of the international researches and a comparison with all partner countries.
To promote exchange of experience, information and good practice among partner organizations, a transnational meeting will be held in Italy.

Summary:
The project aims to promote economic indipendence and innovative small-scale entrepreneurship for women by setting up of Bed & breakfast service in their homes.
To this end, project promoter, with the support of its national partners, will provide information, consultancy, basic training and conunsilling to womwn involved in the project. Target group not only will provide with tools required and support for set up this activity, but it will be approached to hospitality culture witha view to its economic aspects.
The project will encourage the creation of network among hospitality female entrepreneurs to share experience, solve common problems and serve as a catalyst among women for the set up of new B&B services. It will carry out a research on impact of B&B on economic independence of British women.
A transational meeting will be useful to disseminate the results and to determinate whether the approach developed will be transferable in Greece and Spain.
